Background

 The Latino Leadership Project was organized in 2003 to support and empower the Latino population of Lake county by identifying and meeting their needs. 

The Project is incorporated as a not for profit organization with 501c3 status.

It is our mission to be a unifying force in the community that will empower the Latino students  to achieve a higher education.

Our Mission

Es nuestra misión el ser una fuerza de unificación en la comunidad que enriquecerá al grupo Latino a:

·        Alcanzar una educación más elevada.

·        Ser representado apropiadamente por los grupos que toman decisiones en nuestro gobierno.

·        Obtener el reconocimiento que la comunidad Latina se merece en la sociedad americana.

It is our mission to be a unifying force in the community that will empower the Latino group to:

·        Achieve a higher education.

·        Be properly represented by the decision-making groups of our government.

·        Obtain the recognition the Latino community deserves in the American society.
